Hui Lyn and I rock your socks off. Thingamagik Tribune- Headlines 16th May 2009, Amcorp Mall (and other places)- A girl and......another girl (I think it was a girl, could've been a boy, zomg I don't know don't pressure me) were spotted at Amcorp Mall's taxi stand, waving at random strangers. It started off like this: Hui Lyn- Dei where the f*** is Farah UGH, hey! Helloo!! Is that her? No? Nevermind wave only! Shannya- Who the hell are you waving at? Hui Lyn- Haha no one, simply wave only. Shannya- Oh haha, weyh, I dare you to wave at everyone and anyone, for a solid minute. No stopping. I teman you haha. Shannya and Hui Lyn proceeded to wave at everyone, and cause quite a few people to be confused out of their pants. After deciding that they would go ahead and take the risk of causing an accident, they started saying "hello" along with the waving. They travelled from Amcorp to Taman Jaya LRT Station, still waving. They got onto the train and kept waving. They spread contagious laughter all around the train. Upon reaching KL Central (by now Farah had decided to join them) they had to mellow down, for "it isn't a safe place", an inside source told us. After a while, though, they resumed their waving at busses and taxis, ignoring at the fact that some people were staring like they were weirdos. When they finally stopped (only due to the fact that Hui Lyn had to go for some function), Shannya did a quick recollection, and came to the conclusion that they had waved to at LEAST 200 people, and statistics show that 60% of the people waved back. They had managed to brighten up the day of around 120 people. Standout enough? Definitely inspiring. A truly remarkable story, reported by me, Shannya, and I am most definitely a standout in life. P/S: Pictures will be up if I manage to borrow a memory card reader, though I doubt you need to see them. :)
